Revamp of the Page[]
So I want to call into question the necessity of this page, is it needed? A bunch of the characters added are made up or are from non-canon sources (SC section I've been trying to clean up). This seems to more be a giant list of almost every Blizzard character ever than showing which heroes actually have any following. As it stands I see the same IP editing this, so it's not like a greater community project. Should this be cleaned up? --Subsourian (talk) 23:05, 11 October 2018 (UTC)
- A couple of weeks ago, I had the same feeling and started a discussion over there. I moved the section "List of proposed Heroes" to its own page and it has since become a "list of every character in every franchise"...--LemonBaby (talk) 04:30, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
- Ah I missed that! Still I think that this is still a bit out of hand, as it seems to be the one people will go to and think it's actually anything confirmed. Really I think without any substantial source or backing the info here isn't needed, the VAST majority of these will likely never be added, and again a number of these aren't even actual characters. - I personally vote to remove, nothing here is cited as something fans in general want. It seems just be a list of every Blizzard character ever, and a bunch of third party ones or ones where the editor made up the name to. It doesn't really fit an informational wiki, I mean major characters are one thing but we literally have Arcturus Mengsk's mom as a "proposed hero."
