The Headless Horseman is an undead knight from the Warcraft franchise. The Horseman acts as the boss mercenary on the Towers of Doom battleground and is the announcer of the Hallow's End Brawl. He first spawns after 5:00 minutes into the game and respawn after 5:00 minutes.
Background[]
Sir Thomas Thomson (now better known as the Headless Horseman) was once a Knight of the Silver Hand and hero among his fellow paladins. He became cursed, driven insane within the Scarlet Monastery, and believed that he was alive and that everyone alive was dead. His fervor no longer served the Light. With the coming of Hallow's End, he spreads gloom and fire across the villages of Azeroth.
In World of Warcraft he is a Boss during Hallow's End.[1]
Gameplay[]
Compared to other bosses, the Horseman has relatively low HP but high damage with a 2.5m 180° cleave attack. Every 8.5 seconds, he fires off a skull which will spin around him for 2.5 seconds. If this skull hits a hero, it transforms into a green pool that deals high-scaling damage within an 2.25m radius over 3 seconds.[2].
When defeated, instead of pushing the nearest lane, the Headless Horseman unleashes a volley of flaming pumpkins that deals 4 damage to the enemy team's core.
