Gems
Gems are the in-game currency used in Heroes of the Storm, earned by reaching certain account-level milestones or purchased through micro-transactions.
Earning gems
- Reaching account-level milestones.
- Purchased from the Gem Shop.
Uses
- Gems can be used to purchase Loot Chests, Heroes, Stimpacks, and featured items (such as Bundles).
Trivia
- In the Technical Alpha, Gems were a type of Artifact that could be equipped to to a player's Artifact Slots.
