Every 10 seconds, your next Basic Attack against a Hero deals 60% additional damage. Basic Attacks reduce this cooldown by 1 second.
Tier 2 (Hero Level 4)
Focused Attack was a generic Talent that granted a burst in attack damage every few seconds. The bonus damage was pretty sizeable but only applied to Heroes, and would almost always trigger Block on the target which hampered its effectiveness. With consistent Basic Attacks the cooldown could be halved or even reduced further down with high Attack Speed.

- Ragnaros' level 7 talent, "Blistering Attacks", deals 60% more damage every 10 seconds, hitting enemies with Basic Abilities reduces this cooldown by 1 second.
