Tier 3 (Hero Level 7)

First Aid was a generic active Talent that restored a large portion of Hero's Health over 6 seconds upon activation.

There are no instances of the base version of the Talent anymore, but many Heroes have Talent choice with a similar functionality on different tiers.

• Cassia's level 4 Talent, "Inner Light", heals for 25% of her maximum Health over 5 seconds, hitting Heroes with Lightning Fury lowers the cooldown.
• Johanna's level 1 Talent, "Laws of Hope", heals for 30% of her maximum Health over 4 seconds, increased by additional 5% of her maximum Health for every 10 Globes gathered.
• Leoric's level 1 Talent, "Ossein Renewal", heals for 30% of his maximum Health over 5 seconds, gathering Regeneration Globes lowers the cooldown.
• Lt. Morales' level 4 Talent, "Cellular Reactor", heals for 40% of her maximum Health over 4 seconds for 30 Energy.
• Mei's level 7 Talent, "Backup Battery", removes Roots and Slows and heals for 20% of her maximum Health over 2 seconds, gathering Regeneration Globes lowers the cooldown.
• Muradin' level 16 Talent, "Stoneform", allows his Trait to be activated to disable "Second Wind" and heal for 30% of his maximum Health over 10 seconds.
