Crane creates all manner of art assets relating to the characters that appear in Heroes, ranging from mounts and skins to FX models and occasionally delving into broader art-related modeling tasks, like UI and environment assets.
Crane joined Blizzard Entertainment in 2013 in his current role and has been solely focused on Heroes of the Storm. Before joining Blizzard, he worked on a number of other games including Demonik, Ghostbusters: The Video Game, and Star Wars Kinect at Terminal Reality; Guitar Hero and Skylanders: Giants at Vicarious Visions; Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Aliens: Colonial Marines, and Borderlands 2 at Nerve Software; and Defiance at Trion Worlds.
Crane enjoys using his airbrush to paint miniatures, particularly for the Warmachine and Hordes miniatures strategy games, as well as statues and 3D-printed pieces. Outside of his passion for art, he enjoys grilling meat on the barbecue.
