Tassadar's Basic Attack is a channeled beam that Slows by 15%. While channeling, your Basic Attack damage and Mana Regeneration increase by 25% a second, to a maximum of 100%. While at full charge, gain an additional 3 Mana per second.
This bonus is lost after 6 seconds of not Channeling.
- Each tick grants 6.25% Resonance Beam charge.
- Slow lingers on enemies for 0.3125 seconds.
- Damage bonus stacks additively with itself and other offensive damage modifiers that can affect Tassadar's Basic Attack damage.
Channel a beam of Psionic energy, dealing 280 damage and Slowing enemies in a line by 30% for 2 seconds.
- Interrupting this ability during its windup puts it on a 0.5 second cooldown.
- Cooldown does not starting counting until the channel completely finishes.
Create a Psionic Storm at the targeted location for 3 seconds. While in a storm, enemies take 38 damage every 0.5 seconds, increasing by 20% for each consecutive instance of damage up to 100%.
- Damage multiplier tracks each target separately.
- A target that is hit by a full-duration Storm will take 342 damage in total (plus 4% per Tassadar level).

- Cooldown starts when the transformation ends.
- Archon benefits from Resonance Beam's Slow and Mana regeneration bonuses, but not from the damage bonus.
- Archon attacks benefit from all talents enhancing Resonance Beam, except Khaydarin Amulet.
- Does not stack with itself or other negative Spell Armor effects. Other defensive damage modifiers may stack.
After a 0.5 second cast, launch a Black Hole that travels in a long line. Enemy Heroes within the Black Hole's area are quickly pulled towards its center. Touching the center deals 310 damage and Stuns for 1.25 seconds.

Force Wall deals 92 damage a second to nearby enemies and Slows them by 35%.

- Slow immunity prevents the associated damage.
While Resonance Beam is fully charged, gain a Shield equal to 3% of max Health every second, stacking up to 12%.
Reduce the Mana cost of Shock Ray from 55 to 45. While Resonance Beam is fully charged, Shock Ray's cooldown refreshes 100% faster.
Casting Psionic Storm causes your next Shock Ray within 3 seconds to only cost 30 Mana and create a Psionic Storm on the first enemy Hero hit.
- The Psionic Storm created by Psionic Echo benefits from all talents affecting Psionic Storm.
When Resonance Beam is fully charged, Tassadar's Basic Attack range is increased by 1 and its next instance of damage also creates a Psionic Storm on the target. This effect has a 20 second cooldown that decays twice as fast while Resonance Beam is fully charged.
- Secondary targets from Khaydarin Amulet and Archon do not generate a Psionic Storm.
- A Psionic Storm created by Arc Discharge benefits from all talents affecting Psionic Storm.
