Skills
Activate to detonate all of Stukov's Viruses. Each Healing Pathogen heals its target for 450 health, and each Weighted Pustule does 100 damage and Slows its target by 70% for 2 seconds.
Can be cast while channeling Lurking Arm.
- Healing pathogens and pustules that are in flight when Bio-Kill Switch is used are not affected.
- Bio-Kill Switch's damage is dealt in addition to Weighted Pustule's expiration damage in a separate instance.
- Healing Pathogens remain on the target until 0.0625s after casting this Ability.
- Healing Pathogens placed on Medivh are not detonated by this Ability.
Infest an allied Hero with a Healing Pathogen that heals the target for 222 Health over 4.5 seconds. Healing Pathogens can spread to a nearby allied Hero every 0.75 seconds.
Each cast of Healing Pathogen can only spread to each allied Hero 1 time.
- Can cast on self, and spread to self.
Hurl a pustule that impacts all enemy Heroes in its path, dealing 20 damage and Slowing by 5%, increasing to 50% over 3 seconds. Deals an additional 88 damage upon expiring or being removed.
- Weighted Pustule can hit Unstoppable enemies and is not removed from them by Bio-Kill Switch.
- In general, the Pustule is cleansed from units by Abilities which specifically remove Slows, but not by Unstoppable or other effects.
Channel at a target location, creating an area that deals 136 damage per second to non-Structure enemies and Silences them. Deals 50% reduced damage to non-Heroes.
Does not cost Mana while Channeling, and lasts until canceled or interrupted.
- Each tick applies 0.3 seconds Silence.
Swipe 3 times in front of Stukov over 1.75 seconds, dealing 48 damage to enemies hit and knocking them away. Each swipe is larger than the previous.
- First: 5.0

- Second: 0.25 seconds
- Third: 0.5625 seconds
- 1) Target search is performed in three rotating 60 degree sections over three successive ticks. First and third swipes rotate clockwise, and second rotates counter-clockwise.
- Completing the three swipes only takes 1.375 seconds, but Stukov will remain locked in animation for the remaining 0.375 seconds of the 1.75 second channel.
Extend Stukov's arm. If it hits an enemy Hero, they are rapidly shoved until they collide with terrain, dealing 190 damage and Stunning them for 0.5 seconds. Stukov gains 50 Armor while shoving an enemy.
- Enemy Heroes are Revealed as long as they are being shoved.
- Massive Shove is canceled if the arm collides with terrain before hitting a Hero.
- Does not stack with other positive Armor effects. Other defensive damage modifiers may stack.
Talents
Basic Attacks become ranged and Slow enemies by 15% for 1.5 seconds, but deal 50% less damage.
❢ Quest: Hit Heroes with Weighted Pustule.
❢ Reward: After hitting 20 Heroes, reduce the cooldown of Weighted Pustule by 5 seconds and remove its Mana cost.
While below 50% Health, the cooldown of Bio-Kill Switch refreshes 150% faster.
Activate to instantly spread a Weighted Pustule to all nearby enemy Heroes and reset the cooldown of Bio-Kill Switch.
This effect has a 60 second cooldown.
- While active, reduces the cooldown of Bio-Kill Switch by 0.1875 seconds every 0.125 seconds.
- Weighted Pustules created by this Ability apply the Bio-Kill Switch detonation damage immediately upon impacting enemy Heroes (but without actually detonating, hence this is just additional undocumented damage).
- Dying while the active part is on cooldown increases its cooldown by the amount of seconds equal to the death timer.
- By activating in rapid succession (with at least one Healing Pathogen already in place) Bio-Kill Switch -> Reactive Ballistospores (active) -> Bio-Kill Switch (in less than 0.0625s), all active Healing Pathogens will detonate twice, for double the healing in total. This is more easily done using the Command Queue system (Shift, by default). This works because Healing Pathogens aren't removed until 0.0625s after using Bio-Kill Switch, as mentioned above.
- Similarly, if Poppin' Postules is taken (causing Pustules to last 0.0625s after detonation) along with this Talent, the Pustule detonation damage may be dealt 3 times in rapid succession, all at the 150% bonus damage mark, with the exact same preceding combo and at least one Weighted Pustule previous applied (and within 1.5s of expiration), where the 3rd hit is from the additional detonation damage this Talent automatically grants..
Lurking Arm deals 100% more damage to enemy Heroes below 50% Health and persists for 1 second after it is canceled.
- Damage bonus stacks additively with other offensive damage modifiers that can affect Lurking Arm's damage.
After a Healing Pathogen infests 3 targets, restore 10 Mana and reduce the cooldown of Healing Pathogen by 2 seconds.
Healing Pathogen grants 10 Physical Armor to its targets while active on them. Detonating Bio-Kill Switch increases this bonus to 50 for 2.5 seconds.
- Does not stack with other positive Physical Armor effects. Other defensive damage modifiers may stack.
Bio-Kill Switch heals for 30% more when detonating 3 or more Healing Pathogens.
- Bonus healing stacks additively with other healing dealt modifiers that can affect Bio-Kill Switch's healing.
Increase the range of Weighted Pustule by 50%. Detonating 2 or more Weighted Pustules causes Stukov's Bio-Kill Switch and Basic Ability cooldowns to recharge 100% faster for 3 seconds.
- While active, reduces Stukov's Basic Ability cooldowns by 0.0625 seconds every 0.0625 seconds.
Lurking Arm's area expands by 50% over 2.5 seconds, but it cannot be channeled for longer than 4 seconds.
- If Lingering Spines has been picked, the area will continue growing even after Stukov stops channeling if Lurking Arm still hasn't reached its maximum radius.
Detonating exactly 1 Weighted Pustule (but any number of Healing Pathogens) with Bio-Kill Switch reduces the cooldown of Bio-Kill Switch to 8 seconds and other Basic Abilities by 1.5 seconds.

Increase the range of Lurking Arm by 20%. If Lurking Arm damages enemy Heroes 8 times, its cooldown is reset and its Mana cost is refunded.
- Stacks toward the reset are retained between casts (if it didn't reach 8 last cast).
Detonating a Weighted Pustule on an enemy who is inside of Lurking Arm Roots them for 1.5 seconds.
Detonating a Weighted Pustule with Bio-Kill Switch within 1.5 seconds of its expiration increases its damage by 150% and applies its damage and Slow in an area. Enemy Heroes hit have a Weighted Pustule applied to them.
- Also causes the Pustule to last an additional 0.0625s after detonation with Bio-Kill Switch.
- Damage increase only affects the activation damage from Bio-Kill Switch and, if applicable, the impact damage of the Pustule dealt by Reactive Ballistospores.
- Only the expiration damage from Weighted Pustule is dealt in an area. Bio-Kill Switch's activation damage only affects the targets with an active pustule.
- Enemies can be damaged by multiple area explosions, but only one instance of Weighted Pustule will be applied to them.
- A new Weighted Pustule will not be applied to the Hero that was initially carrying the Weighted Pustule before the area detonation. However, they can have one applied to them from the area detonation of other Heroes.
- Weighted Pustules from Poppin' Pustules interact with other all other Talents affecting Weighted Pustule. However, applying them in this way cannot grant progress toward the Fetid Touch quest.
- Damage bonus stacks additively with other offensive damage modifiers that can affect Bio-Kill Switch's pustule detonation damage.
Whenever an ally with Healing Pathogen is Stunned or Rooted, they are instantly healed for 250 Health.
Healing Pathogen can continually spread through Stukov, but its healing is reduced by 40%.
- Only affects Pathogen's heal over time component.
- Healing penalty stacks additively with other healing dealt modifiers affecting Healing Pathogen's healing.
Bio-Kill Switch no longer removes Healing Pathogen but instead sets its duration to 3 seconds.
Flailing Swipe gains 2 additional charges, but each use only swings 1 time, at maximum range. Additionally, its cooldown is decreased to 25 seconds, and its Mana cost is reduced from 60 to 25.
- When picked, Controlled Chaos instantly grants two ready charges, even if the ability was on cooldown at that moment.
- Controlled Chaos's swipe has the same properties as the third swipe, except its initial delay is reduced to 0.125 seconds and total channel time to 0.75 seconds.
Massive Shove Slows its target by 50% for 4 seconds upon colliding with terrain. If Massive Shove pushes a target for more than 1.25 seconds, its cooldown is reduced by 15 seconds.
Healing Pathogen's heal over time is increased by 30% while its target is above 60% Health.
- Stacks additively with other Healing dealt modifiers that can affect Healing Pathogen's healing.
Bio-Kill Switch now also detonates Lurking Arm, dealing 230 damage, applying a Weighted Pustule and Silencing enemy Heroes inside for 2.5 seconds.
- Detonation instantly removes Lurking Arm, even if affected by the Low Blow Talent.
- Weighted Pustules from Bio-Explosion Switch interact with other all other Talents affecting Weighted Pustule. However, applying them in this way cannot grant progress toward the Fetid Touch quest.
