Skills
Jaina's Abilities Chill targets, Slowing them by 25% and amplifying damage taken from her Abilities by 50%. Lasts 4 seconds.
❢ Quest: Deal 12,000 Spell Damage to Chilled Heroes.
❢ Reward: Unlock the Improved Ice Block ability, allowing Jaina to become temporarily Invulnerable.
- Chill can be fully removed with Invulnerable and friendly Stasis effects. Unstoppable and CC removal effects only remove the Slow and not the damage bonus debuff.
- All Jainas in the same team fully interact with each others' Chill debuffs regardless of who applied them in the first place.
- Does not stack with itself or other Chill debuffs.
- Damage bonus stacks additively with other offensive damage modifiers that can affect Jaina's Abilities' damage.
Bombard an area with 3 waves of ice, dealing 142 damage each. Damaged enemies are Chilled.
Deal 220 damage and Chill targets.
After a 1.5 second delay, create a Ring of Frost in an area that deals 310 damage and Roots enemies for 3 seconds. The ring persists for 3 seconds afterward, Chilling any enemies who touch it.

- Enemies within the inner radius are not affected in any way.
Summons a Water Elemental at target location. The Water Elemental's Basic Attacks deal 62 damage, splash for 25% damage and Chill. The Ability can be reactivated to retarget the Water Elemental. Lasts 20 seconds.

- Water Elemental's Basic Attacks and Abilities on Chilled targets benefit from the damage bonus and their damage generates quest progress for Frostbite.
- Splash damage reduction stacks multiplicatively with other offensive damage modifiers.
Activate to place Jaina in Stasis and gain Invulnerability for 2.5 seconds. When this effect expires, nearby enemies are Chilled.
Quest requirements must be completed before activating.
- Can be reactivated after 0.5 seconds to end the effect early.
- Manually exiting Improved Ice Block also causes AoE Chill to be applied.
Talents
Increases the range and travel speed of Frostbolt by 30%.
Increases the duration of Chill from 4 seconds to 6 seconds.
❢ Quest: Gather Regeneration Globes to increase Jaina's Mana Regeneration by 0.1 per second, up to 2 per second.
❢ Reward: After gathering 20 Globes, the damage bonus from Frostbite is increased by 10%.
- Stacks additively with baseline Frostbite damage bonus.
Frostbolt will now pierce the first two targets.
Dealing damage to a Chilled target returns Mana to Jaina. Basic Attacks return 5 Mana and Abilities return 20.
Passive: While above 75% Mana, Jaina gains 10% Spell Power.
- Spell Power stacks additively with itself and other offensive damage and healing modifiers affecting Jaina's Spell Damage or healing output.
Enemies that attack Jaina are Chilled. Additionally, every 10 seconds, Jaina gains 75 Physical Armor against the next enemy Hero Basic Attack, reducing the damage taken by 75%.
- Does not stack with itself or other positive Physical Armor effects. Other defensive damage modifiers may stack.
Hitting a Chilled target with Frostbolt reduces its cooldown by 1.5 seconds and restores 10 Mana.
Increase the width of Cone of Cold by 100%, and cause each Hero hit to reduce its cooldown by 2 seconds, doubled against Chilled Heroes, up to a maximum of 8 seconds per use.
Basic Attacks against Chilled enemies deal 50% more damage and lower the cooldown of Blizzard by 1.25 seconds. Doubled against enemy Heroes.
- Does not affect Water Elemental's Basic Attacks.
- Stacks additively with other offensive damage modifiers that can affect Jaina's Basic Attack damage.

- All damage dealt by Water Elemental contributes to the Shield.
- Shields gained can stack indefinitely and every instance refreshes the duration.
- Shield amount is calculated from final damage dealt after all modifications.
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Active: Activate to make Jaina's Basic Abilities' cooldowns recharge 200% faster and reduce their Mana cost by 50% for 5 seconds.
The damage of the second wave of Blizzard is increased by 50%. The damage of the third wave is increased by 100%.
- Damage bonus is immediately reset if Jaina recasts Blizzard (even for the first Blizzard). Re-casting Blizzard before the first finishes can happen if Jaina takes both Icefury Wand and Icy Veins, or with one of those Talents in conjunction with cooldown reduction effects from other allies, such as Nano Boost, Innervate, or Blessing of the Bronze.
- Does not stack with itself. Stacks additively with other offensive damage modifiers that can affect Blizzard's damage.
Enemies damaged by Cone of Cold have their Armor lowered by 25 for 2 seconds, increasing the damage they take by 25%.
- Does not reduce the Armor of Structures.
- Does not stack with itself or other negative Armor effects. Other defensive damage modifiers may stack.
Cone of Cold Roots Chilled targets for 1 second.
The center area of Ring of Frost deals 310 damage and Roots enemies after the outer ring expires. Each enemy Hero hit reduces its cooldown by 15 seconds.
- Center of the ring explodes 0.5 seconds after the outer ring expires.
Increases the cast range of Water Elemental by 50%, and the Water Elemental will now mimic Jaina's Basic Abilities for 50% damage.
- Abilities used by Water Elemental benefit from all of Jaina's Talents except Arcane Intellect, Snowstorm, and Ice Floes.
- Frostbolt and Cone of Cold mimicked by Water Elemental are cast after Jaina finishes her cast animation.
- Blizzard mimicked by Water Elemental is cast after all 3 waves of Jaina's Blizzard have fallen. Elemental casts Blizzard to the exact same area as Jaina regardless of distance.
- Wintermute's damage reduction stacks multiplicatively with other offensive damage modifiers affecting Abilities cast by Water Elemental.
Cooldown: 60 seconds
Active: Activate to teleport a short distance and Chill all nearby enemies.
Frostbite's Chill can now stack a second time, Slowing targets up to 40%.
- Does not stack with other Slow effects.
